The window replacement project is progressing nicely.

However, due to the constant & heavy rainfall, we are getting reports of leaking.

If you have had any leaking or have spotted leaking in the common areas, please report it to the Service Office so we can compile an accurate list to present to the Board & Contractor to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

If you want to report a leak, you can call the Service Office or, better yet, use the Botanica Help Desk in the Owners Area; there is a Category “Windows”, which you should use to submit the ticket. You can find the Help Desk here. (You must be logged to see the link)
