Repair to membrane under the entrance slab of Building 257. This work involves removal of the slab and surrounding pavers followed by hot tar and bitimous membrane repairs.
Please avoid the courtyard entrance to 257. Work will be completed this week.

​Reconfiguration of the walkway and curbs at the Service Parking area in front of Building 265. This work involves removal of the existing walkway curbs and installation of pavers in the parking area and new curbs at the front of the parking area. Please avoid this area this week and next week.

Replacement of brick sills and brick repairs to Townhouse Buildings. This work to begin this Thursday. We presume the work includes the window and sliding door sills at the back of the Townhouses. To protect your privacy, please keep your window coverings drawn.
