Thank you to everyone who attended Botanica’s recent Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting was very well attended and engaging. Councillor Lieper’s presentation certainly sparked a lively conversation.

Your new Board of Directors met and, as per By-Law 4, elected a president and appointed officers. The composition of the new Board is as follows:

• President – Guy Matte
• Vice-President Operations – Susan Bailey
• Vice-President Reserve Fund – Peter Simpson
• Secretary – Deborah Leach
• Treasurer -Renee Lafontaine

The Board looks forward to overseeing the management and operations of Botanica on behalf of owners and residents.
