Project Schedule and Notification

The project schedule and details of the project can be found here. The Exterior Solarium column provides the units and planned dates for replacement of the solarium glass roof panes and the installation of new flashing. The Interior Demolition, Insulation and Completion columns provide the units, planned dates and timeframes for the interior repairs.

The schedule will be updated and distributed every two weeks to reflect any changes or project delays.

In addition to the updated schedule, each affected owner will receive a confirmation notice delivered to their door 48 hours before the contractor will be entering the unit.

Botanica staff will enter each unit at least one day before the planned exterior and interior work to ensure appropriate preparations and access to the solariums and bay windows.
