The 2017/18 Budget Letter with information about next year’s condo fees, a reminder about the May 1 Special Assessment, and the Reserve Fund’s planned expenditures for 2017/18 was recently distributed to all owners.

To ensure that any questions, concerns or suggestions owners may have are dealt with, Peter Simpson, Vice President Reserve Fund and Dick Brown, Treasurer, would like to know if you would be interested in attending an evening meeting at which a more detailed Financial Report by the Treasurer would be presented, along with an update on the Reserve Fund Financial Plan by the VP Reserve Fund.

Once we know if there is interest in such a meeting and whether more than one meeting may be required given the Library’s space restrictions, a notice about date(s) and time will be circulated.
