Following the Summer Issue of the Newsletter, there has been a small change to the Help Desk Procedure for the institution of an “on line” Botanica Ticket re a comment, suggestion or complaint.
Please follow the steps below after accessing the Botanica Website:
- Click on “Owners Area” or, in the Drop-Down Menu, Click “Help Desk” and then login to the Owners Area;
- If logged in to Owners Area first, click on Help Desk link;
- Click on “Submit a Ticket” to register a service request or a complaint.
In addition, as per the email sent by the Botanica Board on 15 July, the password to log in to the Website has been changed. Please contact the Service Office or the Webmaster if you have not received that email.
Note that the password is case sensitive.
