The Energy Conservation Committee (ECC) is focused on improving energy and water conservation, as well as waste management considerations, at Botanica, with a view to decreasing costs and improving the environmental performance of the complex.
The Committee will also monitor and report on results achieved by energy and water conservation

There have been recent delays and unscheduled installations because of window delivery problems caused by the manufacturer. These problems now appear to have been resolved and the schedule should shortly return to a more predictable form.
The revised schedule is now colour coded:

The window replacement project is progressing nicely.
However, due to the constant & heavy rainfall, we are getting reports of leaking.

This is a reminder that the Special Assessment for 2017 is due on May 1st. You can find a revised Common Fees and Special Assessment Schedule here. (You must be logged in to see the link). Make out the cheque to CCC 382.
You can drop your Special Assessment payment at the Service Office or send it directly to the Property Manager at 335 Catherine Street, Ottawa, ON K1R 5T4.
