Botanica Q1 Budget Report for 2017/18

The Q1 Budget Report for 2017/18 can be accessed here. This report shows the revenue and expense budget tracking for the first three (3) months of the 2017/18 fiscal year, as well as the Q1 results for the previous year as a comparator.

Each month the Board very carefully tracks expenses against the budget and makes adjustments to the projected year-end financial position as appropriate.

Updated Windows Replacement Schedule

Next week we will be completing units 81, 76, 75, and 84 in the condos. Down at the townhouses there has been an alteration in the schedule due to manufacturing and we will be completing townhouse 4 on Monday and townhouse 16 on Wednesday.
