The January Minutes are now available through the owners’ area.
The VP Reserve Fund, Peter Simpson, will be available each Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Library, to respond to any concerns and questions you may have regarding the recently published Form 15 and proposed Bylaw 12.
Replacement of the windows and the borrowing of funds to finance the Project are important topics.
I urge all Owners to participate in the dialogue in advance of the Special Meeting which is scheduled for March 10, at 7:00 p.m. at the Best Western at Carling and Merivale.

Condominium Act Reform: Bill 106 has become legislation
Please note that the Ontario Condominium Act, 1998, is still in effect until further notice by the Ontario Government.
Bill 106 – Protecting Condominium Owners Act passed its third and final reading in the Ontario legislature yesterday, by a vote of 89-0. This bill will make crucial changes to the administration and operation of condominiums across Ontario, affecting both condo corporations and owners.
