Replacement of the 4th floor solarium glass requires that all solarium panes be measured. Measurements are scheduled for May 8th and 9th. Please ensure access to the solariums.

Refurbishment of the planters, pavers and underlying membrane in the Townhouse Courtyard is scheduled to begin during the first two weeks of May. Please exercise caution as there may be large construction vehicles in the courtyard at the beginning of the project.
