Units to be completed next week are units 25, 21, and 20. Next week is a short week with the holiday Monday. If your room is highlighted RED then your date is still tentative and can change at any time. The units highlighted YELLOW have received paper confirmation delivered by yours truly. Happy Canada day everyone!

Windows Replacement Schedule Update
You can find the revised schedule for the Windows Replacement Project here.(You must be logged in to see the link)
Note that the schedule is subject to weather conditions.
You will receive a notice confirming the replacement of your windows with a minimum of 48 hours (the notice will be given only when the windows have been delivered on site).
If any delays to the schedule should occur, they are communicated to the Service Office early in the morning of the previously scheduled install.
For any questions, please contact either the Service Office or VP Reserve Fund.

The Reserve Fund (RF) Page on our website has been updated to include links to RF Project Status Reports and past RF Project Notices distributed by the Property Manager. The RF Page also provides links to RF Plans and Financial Reports as well as RF Committee Minutes.
